happy monday?

couldn't wake up this morning. alarm went off at the same time and as usual, made it 'snooze' for another 10 mins.... and then another 10 mins... then i 'dismissed' it completely and before i knew it it was 7.18am. i woke up not because i wanted to but really coz i just had to pee heh.. heh.. thank goodness for that, else, i'll probably still continue sleeping.

not a good start for the week.

with it being pay-day last saturday, this morning is paying bill time. not good.

walked into the office at around 9.15am, and i guess my mood must've shown on my face coz everyone more or less steered clear. but work can't wait, no matter what your mood is. thankfully, not too many to deal with this morning.

• boss had some comments on our assessment paper, looked at it but can't be arsed to figure it out so got my exec to deal with it. heh heh she's gotta learn after all...
• ok-ed some letters, amended some
• discussed with El on the proposed meeting in Karambunai, KK. wish i could go but it wouldn't be fair to El as she's been attending almost all the meetings previously. see? i am nice like that :p
• ok-ed some issues for discussion this Friday. am so not looking forward to meeting the stakeholder on this matter. no matter how ridiculous i think it is, i have my instructions. *sighs* i hate it when this happens coz they'll think we're such morons and will go running to the 'man' who will say "oh, i was not advised". b*ll*cks! i hate politicians.

hmm.....everyone's been pretty quiet. not sure if its becoz of my moodiness or they owe me work. i think its the latter but lucky them i couldn't be bothered today.

tomorrow i'm off for the 2-day International Conference on the Representation of Islam and Muslims in the Media (ICORM08) at PWTC. am quite looking forward to it actually and my only 'grief' is travelling there.
