am on my second last day as an LO and since yesterday afternoon, have completely delegated the running around to ever reliable assistant LO, kiki. so now all i do is deal with the phone calls, logistics and general PA-like duties while she waits on Madame.

i would have lasted and waited on Madame at least a little while longer but i'm just plain exhausted and was a little (so okay, a lot) pissed that while we PAID for her room and board, not to mention my salary and that of kiki, the PSO and the 3 drivers plus all the transport rental etc. etc. she chose to attend OTHER people's functions. basically all the running around etc. at our expense was almost solely done to benefit HER agenda i.e. to promote her big event in November and not for our benefit.

plus, i even question how this benefits us, especially our corporate logo and colours is absent in almost everything except a tiny little logo on the name tags. even that the colour of background was in a colour which puts the event logo at its best advantage and made ours looked just plain shitty. we were not even mentioned in ANY of the speeches, just a mention in the programme book that we are the event's "supporters". we bloody well paid for the whole damn thing!!

we are such suckers!

anyway, off to dinner at the mpo, klcc. going there for the food and good view.
